Main responsibilities are as follows:
IT Infrastructure and IT Development teams management,
Development of the company's efficiency based on advanced technologies and tools,
Proactive delivery of IT tools and services at a level enabling the achievement of business goals (a.o. automation and digitization of the organization),
Asset management to maintain business continuity and technological development of the company,
Creating, monitoring and implementing the IT budget in accordance with the plan,
Operational management of IT security in accordance with group standards,
Maintaining and developing cooperation and relationships with key service providers and recipients,
Providing the necessary reports and analyses (cyclical and ad-hoc) required by the Group and the internal client.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Significant management experience in an IT environment in financial services (bank, leasing, consumer finance, insurance), in companies with corporate structure,
Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems and developments,
Proven experience in managing projects and overseeing operational expenses, including budget execution,
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of corporate strategy and the ability to align actions with organizational goals,
Experience in service delivery and SLA management,
Hands-on management experience with compact teams, ensuring close collaboration and effective oversight,
Strong leadership and project management skills,
Higher education in computer science or a related field,
Fluent in Polish and English, French is a plus,
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to drive change.
The role is located in Warsaw, in the headquarters of Leasing Solutions Poland.
