Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Director, ISV & Technology Partnerships (Regional Channel Development), you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland. As the Director of ISV & Technology Partnerships, you will define, launch, and scale a bundled sales channel by creating strategic alliances with Independent Software Vendors across multiple countries. You will own the channel’s success — from partner sourcing to deal execution and commercial outcomes.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Set the regional strategy for building a bundled offering—software + payment solutions + services—with ISV partners.
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with leading ISVs
- Lead commercial negotiations: revenue sharing, pricing, go to market arrangements.
- Drive technical integration activities, collaborating with product, IT, and operations to ensure partner compatibility and automated workflows.
- Enable and equip local sales teams in each country with partner collateral, training, joint value propositions, and onboarding support.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline throughput, partner revenue performance—and continuously optimize the “bundled solution” model.
- Build long‑term, trust-based business relationships with senior ISV leadership, influencing product roadmaps and joint Go‑To‑Market initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner channel development, ecosystem sales, or ISV alliance management within fintech, SaaS or technology integration contexts.
- Proven success in scaling ISV or technology partner channels, ideally with bundled offerings.
- Technical acumen—experience managing platform integrations, POS/ERP systems, solution architecture would be a great asset
- Senior-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills—able to lead executive-level discussions.
- Demonstrated autonomy and ownership in a senior or director-level capacity across multiple countries.
- Fluent English.
- Track record working in matrixed and fast-growth environments, managing cross-functional and cross-country initiatives.
Bonus Skills:
- Prior experience within payment processing, acquiring, or fintech ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of ISV ecosystems and market dynamics in CEE.
- Background in product management or technical sales—hands-on understanding of digital integration challenges.
