Position: Internal Communications & Governance – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Location: Poland, Kraków or Wrocław
Education Recommendations: Business Communication, Management or related field
You will take part in creating internal communications and supporting executive-level collaboration across the team. You’ll work on high-visibility projects, such as preparing presentations for town halls and creating posts for platforms like Viva Engage. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in business communication, build confidence in working with senior stakeholders, and grow in a supportive, international team environment.
As part of our team, you will:
- Help create and design content for platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage
- Assist with internal communication efforts for both executives and the entire company
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and events
- Take care of regular reporting and tracking of key tasks using MS Planner
- Assist in organizing governance meetings for Domain S&C and Global Programs
- Work with different teams to make sure communication and documentation is clear and well-structured.
- Propose ideas to improve efficiency in our processes and reporting
- Collaborate with a dynamic and international team
- Contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact company and employee engagement initiatives
You have:
- Active student status
- Fluency in English (ideally Business English proficiency — both written and spoken)
- Availability for at least 25 hours per week
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders
It would be nice if you also had:
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Viva Engage, or other Microsoft 365 tools
