Position: Specification Engineer – Working Student

MN RAN R&D L3 SW KRK1 department is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to advancing the capabilities of 4G, 5G and future generations of mobile networks. We are responsible for the development of new features in Layer 3 (L3) software of BTS, which is crucial for the efficient operation and management of radio access networks.
This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the mobile networks industry, particularly in the development and specification of mobile base station software for LTE and 5G standards. By working with the latest 3GPP standards, you will be at the forefront of telecommunications innovation, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of global connectivity.
As part of our team, you will:
- Support in development and maintaining detailed technical requirements and guidelines for products and mobile networks solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure specifications meet business requirements and technical standards
- Participate in feasibility studies and technical analysis
- Review and provide feedback on specifications to ensure quality and accuracy
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base related to specification development
You should have:
- Active status of student of Telecommunications or related field
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of C++ programming
- Basic understanding of LTE/5G systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Technical communication skills
- Openness to learning and enhancing technical knowledge
- Team player spirit
- Plant-uml knowledge is a bonus
