Location and General Conditions:
- Paid internship, flexible hours, minimum 35 hours/week, contract of mandate

Your IMPACT:
- Ensuring timely management of the Purchase Order life cycle within the Procure-to-Pay process,
- conducting sanity checks on the Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order change requests,
- determining adequate purchase treatment by leveraging online catalogues, internal sourcing guidelines, 3rd party tail-spend providers or further approvals in line with SE policies,
- adhering to, educating and enforcing ePROC tool usage guidelines, incorporating Purchasing policies with Stakeholders,
- identify root cause for blocked invoices and take necessary actions with relevant stakeholders to release them for payment,
- providing ongoing system and process support to Stakeholders,
- managing operational escalations received from our internal and external stakeholders,
- creating and maintaining process documentation,
- supporting the Catalogues and Tail Spend Management teams to optimize the spend and overall purchasing process,
- identifying and execute process improvements as part of Continuous Improvement cycle, performing root cause analysis to mitigate the risks and ensure a preventive approach,
- providing assistance on procurement projects as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Diploma of Higer Education (or equivalent) in the related business area preferred,
- solid experience in similar field (Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, or customer Service) required ,
- excellent communication and customer service skills,
- proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel,
- experience or knowledge of the e-procurement and ERP tools (Coupa, SAP, SRM, ARIBA) would be an asset,
- process oriented mindset, with very good time management and prioritization skills,
- self-initiative and process improvement-oriented mindset,
- having the flexibility to work across all regions, with a cross-cultural mindset.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of any European Language is a strong asset.
