As Head of Sales & Market Growth, you’ll be the driving force behind growing our business across CEE markets and making sure our holiday products reach the right customers and partners. This is not just about hitting numbers – it’s about building strong, long-term relationships in the travel industry and showing clients how technology can make their trips smarter and smoother, allowing them to focus on the journey itself. What will your journey with us look like?

  • Driving sales strategy for Dynamic Packages – setting ambitious goals, making plans, and delivering results across distribution channels.
  • Managing partnerships – building and growing strong relationships with key sales partners across CEE.
  • Analysing & optimising – monitoring performance, margins, and acting fast to boost results.
  • Expanding product lines – helping us grow into new categories.
  • Keeping an eye on the competition – monitoring offers, pricing, and market moves.

What will you need to succeed?

  • A strong track record in B2C sales, ideally within travel tech (OTA or tour operator environment), providing you with an understanding of the mechanics of online travel sales.
  • Expertise in spotting opportunities in dynamic packaging, translating market insights into sales strategies, and turning complex products into simple, irresistible offers for customers.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills – especially when working with distribution partners across CEE.
  • An analytical mindset, a hands-on approach to achieving ambitious sales targets, and the curiosity to explore new product lines.
