Join us as a Family Office Services Analyst
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Family Office Services Analyst supporting Capital Partners. In this role, you will be a generalist that will operate in four key areas of Family Office Services. Those include consolidated reporting, capital call services, bill pay and wealth projections. Depending on the assignment you will be responsible for handling data backfills and reconciliation, asset classification, processing and tracking payments, system issue resolution and other ad-hoc projects. To be successful, you will need strong technical skills, be detail oriented and data driven as well as have good communication skills. Our ideal candidate is determined to tackle problems, can skillfully coordinate with internal teams, and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Consolidated Reporting
- Monthly Private Asset Reconciliation
- Document Backfills for client’s external private investments
- Asset Classification
- Historical Data Conversions for external accounts based on statements, transactional extracts and client’s external private investments
Capital Call Services
- Tracking of upcoming capital call payments
- Processing of the capital calls using internal systems
- External Private Fund Wire instruction fraud prevention
Bill Pay
- Processing of the Bills in Bill.com
- Daily Payment Reconciliation between Bill.com and our internal accounting system
- Vendor information reconciliation between Bill.com and internal systems
eMoney
- Client creation issues resolution
- Asset Classification
Desired Qualifications:
- BA or Equivalent
- 3+ year of experience
- Ability to identify, escalate and resolve problems/issues
- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proactive self-starter who is goal-oriented
- Demonstrate risk awareness and ability to identify red flags
- Proficiency in excel a must
