We’re now hiring an Email Graphic Designer to create visually engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns that drive revenue and retention for our brands.
Your Role
We’re looking for a designer who understands that good email design isn’t just pretty—it drives clicks, opens, and sales. You’ll turn product shots, reviews, and angles into scroll-stopping, brand-aligned email campaigns that convert and engage. You’ll work closely with our teams to launch campaigns fast, iterate based on data, and scale what works.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-converting email campaigns for our owned eCommerce brands
- Build and test emails in platforms
- Repurpose content, product shots, and angles into clean, engaging email layouts
- Maintain brand consistency while prioritizing conversion-first frameworks
- Work async with our team and copywriters to launch campaigns
- QA and ensure mobile and desktop responsiveness across email clients
- Iterate using performance data and A/B test results
- Experience designing emails for DTC eCommerce brands
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and layout hierarchy
- Strong portfolio showcasing email campaigns that drive results
- Speed + quality
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with ESPs like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or others
- Proactive mindset with high attention to deta
