Currently we are looking for Junior e-commerce Specialist with mission to shape a best-in-class customer experience across our eCommerce platforms (Website, Mobile & App) by delivering both technical and commercial expertise that drives performance and innovation.
Key responsibilities on the position:
- E-commerce campaign operations including support of seasonal campaigns
- Oversee the eMerchandising operations of digital channels in line with the strategy
- Updating digital content (products, categories, landing pages, other)
- Ensure adherence to globally defined eMerchandising guidelines
- Optimization of the digital customer experience
- Timely execution of digital content
- Be the technical support to fix website issues, technical implementation
To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:
- Prior experience in eCommerce, preferably in content management systems, e-merchandising
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Basic, practical knowledge about CMS (content management system)
- HTML, JS, CSS will be a plus
- Understanding of Google Analytics will be a plus
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Results-driven, high-energy, innovation minded
- Very good command of English and Polish
