Your responsibilities:

• Support senior team in design and implementation of digital transformation strategy with particular emphasis on accelerating time-to-market for new technology-based services

• Lead the enhancement of service delivery processes to significantly reduce implementation cycles

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks in technology implementation and service rollout

• Develop and implement frameworks for rapid technology adoption and service deployment

• Establish and optimize coordination mechanisms between business units, IT, and delivery teams

• Identify and eliminate obstacles in the current service implementation process

• Act as a business owner in transformation projects with focus on accelerating technology deployment (initiate projects, changes and initiatives in area of technology adoption and deployment)

• Drive cultural change towards faster, more agile service implementation

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, operational departments, and technology partners

• Analyze market and technology trends to recommend solutions supporting business development

• Regularly report of transformation progress to the C-level Committee

Our requirements:

• Experience in outsourcing or professional services sector

• History of leading transformation projects for clients across various sectors

• Project management or digital transformation certifications

• Knowledge of latest trends in business process automation and cloud solutions

• Experience in process optimization and operational cost reduction

• Ability to build and manage transformation budgets

• Track record of working with senior executive committees

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in improving operational efficiency and delivery speed

• Experience in a leading consulting firm nice to have (Big4, McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar)
