Delivery Project Associate (DPA), Technical Advisory
Position overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Project Associate (DPA) to join our Business Excellence team within the Technical Advisory organization. This role is pivotal in supporting contract management and project delivery operations globally and across all industries, including Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment.
The ideal candidate will have a global mindset, strong contract drafting capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally with delivery teams, project managers, finance, revenue, and legal business partners, as well as other compliance stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and pragmatic approach with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, manage, and execute new contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, terms & conditions, and external requirements
- Provide project support activities including project financial and system setup, vendor procurement, and tracking
- Collaborate with Consulting Portfolio Owners, Legal, Finance, Revenue Accounting, and other Key Stakeholders to identify and resolve risks related to non-standard contract terms and operational processes
- Monitor and update project data to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
- Coordinate consulting opportunities through the pipeline management process, including stakeholder engagement
- Lead contracts through appropriate approvals
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintain effective communication across functional groups and project teams
- Demonstrate a process mindset by contributing to the evolution and documentation of operational workflows
- Support Enablement and Adoption activities for our stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contract management or project support roles, preferably in a customer success or consulting environment
- Proven experience in contract drafting and navigating complex approval processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet defined SLAs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM and PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Upland)
- Familiarity with consulting delivery environments and IT systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Revenue and Delivery
- Experience in a global role supporting multiple regions and time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Additional language skills (e.g., German or Japanese) are a plus
