As a Data Quality and Reporting Expert for PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data quality rules and reporting tools that support global and local business operations. Reporting to the Global Manager of PIM & DAM Applications, your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and usability of product and asset data across multiple publication channels and customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement KPIs for dashboards in PIM and DAM systems.
- Align dashboard content with business needs and user roles.
- Submit RFCs and ensure integration with the RACI model.
- Create and maintain rules to validate product references (e.g., cross-sell, up-sell, combideals).
- Monitor and report data quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Data Governance Manager with enhanced reporting tools.
- Collaborate with international customers and local MDM leaders to align data quality metrics.
- Ensure PPG measures data quality in line with customer expectations.
- Provide dashboards and performance tracking tools to local teams.
- Promote understanding and adoption of data quality procedures and metrics.
- Ensure PIM and DAM systems comply with PPG’s security and compliance guidelines.
- Align with EMEA MDM Data Quality, Security, and Compliance Steward to maintain secure data access.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data quality management, reporting, or analytics.
- Strong knowledge of PIM and DAM systems and their business applications.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
