- Proficiency in relevant software tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Adaptability to work with customers with varying needs and requirements
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
What you will be doing
- Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience
- Develop customized onboarding plans for each new customer, considering their unique needs, goals, and the products or services
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively educate customers on their use and benefits
- Provide training and guidance to customers through various channels (e.g. meetings, webinars, email)
- Act as a point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and issues that may arise during onboarding
- Gather feedback from customers during and after the onboarding process to improve the onboarding experience and the overall product or service
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience and resolve any customer-related issues
