As a Customer Care Representative you will be providing the best services to our customers, in line with Hempel vision and values. This is an exciting opportunity to join Hempel, to develop and grow within the company.
In this role you will need to:
- End to end cross-border sales order management in the ERP system, incl facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing
- End-to-end return order management
- Outbound and inbound customer communication
- Support and/or drive resolution of non-technical customer complaints
- Support customer data management
- Frequent interaction with the commercial organization on orders
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor or master’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Min. 1 year experience in Customer Service or in the similar role is preferred
- Good English language skills – oral and written
- Good knowledge of other languages (Scandinavian, German, or other European languages) would be a strong plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Technical background would be an advantage
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Well-organized and detail-oriented person
- Friendly and open-minded team-player, able to work with limited supervision
- Good ability to work under time pressure
