As a Junior Asana Coach, you’re responsible for assisting with deep transformations of whole organizations & supporting clients using Asana with their struggles to make the best of it.
You have undergone a change in your character, so it is easier for you to understand how people change and help them in that process.
Your results-driven attitude is a fundamental part of your attitude. Therefore, you’re unstoppable.
You get the job done ➝ review it, take feedback from your teammates ➝ improve the way you work iteratively.
Your outstanding interpersonal skills make our clients stay with us in a long-term business relationships. They love the way you talk, care, and give insights.
Along with understanding group dynamics, you have hands-on experience with Asana. Most of your work will revolve around the best practices of project management in Asana.
You directly support other coaches and Jacek, the strategist who deeply cares about clients coming to us for help.
You’re agile in your actions. You are entirely in control of working with several clients throughout the week, each time optimizing the way you and the organization deliver results. And the means to respond in a timely manner to requests coming from our long-term clients.
Additionally, you speak both English (B2/C1) and Polish fluently.

The Job: what'll be your responsibility
As a dependable, resourceful, and experienced Coach, you will:
Assist with deep transformations of whole organizations, making them permanent.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of the client's team members and multiple teams' performance.
Become 1st point of contact for our long-term clients seeking help.
Share valuable insights and best practices of work management using Asana.
Help potential clients test Asana.
Prepare actionable dashboards that drive change (no useless reports).
Organize & schedule group sessions with clients.
Facilitate and supervise training sessions and individual workouts.
Facilitate and supervise training sessions with the lead coach to be prepared to run them individually.
Organize travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, and meals.
Provide valuable data analysis based on requirements and metrics provided.
Support in the delivery of high-quality service / organizational/digital transformation to the client.
Represent the voice of the client in internal planning meetings.
Provide a safety net to the client's individual team members taking part in the transformation.
Manage asana yearly subscriptions for our clients.
Creating educational materials and guidelines for marketing & consulting purposes (articles, faq's, instructions).
Delegate tasks to the marketing team or co-create content that support company goals.
Collaborate on a company knowledge base to support company growth and keep the precision of daily actions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a management coach and a user of Asana.
Hands-on experience in project management.
Highly motivated with a goal-driven approach.
Willingness to be up-to-date with Asana’s new features and practices in project management.
A great listener with the ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
Must have strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
Certification in consulting or your field of expertise is an advantage. We value experience over diplomas, though.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
