You’re comfortable with strategic communication, working hand-in-hand with clients to ensure milestones are hit and expectations are managed at every step. At the same time, you stay agile, adapting as challenges arise and confidently pushing projects forward.

Your excellent interpersonal skills build long-term business relationships with clients.

They love the way you talk, care, and lead every transformation.

Along with your deep understanding of group dynamics, you bring hands-on experience with Asana to the table.

Additionally, you speak fluently in English and Polish.

The Job: what’ll be your responsibility

Undertake several-month-long projects focused on delivering measurable results.
Provide strategic direction for client projects, ensuring they align with long-term goals. Track project milestones in Asana and visualize plans in Miro.
Customize client solutions: design information architecture in Asana, conduct tailored workshops and deliver high-impact training sessions.
Develop proposals with strategists to maximize product/client fit.
Use interviews, surveys, etc. to collect necessary data
Present and explain findings by processing data into a clear, understandable format for project stakeholders.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing & potential customers.
Deliver on the results promised to clients during the sales process.
Initiate and maintain strategic communication with clients, delivering regular status updates and keeping clients motivated.
Delegate tasks to the marketing team or co-create content that supports company goals.
Collaborate on a company knowledge base to support company growth and keep the precision of daily actions.
Deliver reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

Proven experience as a change management consultant and a user of Asana.
Hands-on experience in project management.
Highly motivated with a goal-driven approach.
Willingness to be up-to-date with Asana’s new features and practices in project management.
Ability to build professional business relationships.
Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
Deep understanding of digital transformation
A great listener with the ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
Certification in consulting or your field of expertise is an advantage. We value experience over diplomas, though.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Fully functioning remote setup supporting daily duties.

Growth mindset: Continuously improve through feedback.
Excellent written communication skills both in Polish and English.
Familiarity with current remote technologies enabling effective organization & communication like desktop sharing, cloud services, desktop recording, etc.

Fluency in the Google Workspace ecosystem
Mastered calendar management (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly)

Able to organize and manage large amounts of tasks, schedules, and information
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.

It’s a dynamic role with things changing daily and weekly.

To be successful, you need to think quickly , move fast , and love change .
