Experienced APAC Logistics Lead responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory forecasting, global equipment delivery, and compliance with international trade regulations. Skilled in coordinating with 3PL partners, overseeing product lifecycle, and optimizing warehouse processes. Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain strong stakeholder communication across regions.

Skills and Qualifications of the ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on vendor or warehouse management.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and support team operations, including oversight of daily administrative tasks and performance coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP ERP tool.
• Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required by project or business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree.
  
  Main responsibilities:
  
• Time management: Supervising teammates and ensuring that tasks are completed within the given deadline.
• Conflict resolution: Resolving conflicts that may arise within the team.
• Goal setting: Determining the goals that members can work toward.
• Delegation: Relying on the skills of each person and distributing tasks accordingly.
• Providing resources: Ensuring that team members have the appropriate tools and resources to function effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Internal stakeholder and client management to communicate updates and statuses of team activities.
• Managing shipment requests for domestic and international orders and procedures of platforms and disks and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders through delivery.
• Planning and implementing inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning) and oversee inventory procedures.
Overseeing the life cycle of a product, including shipment, order updates, packaging & labeling, and legal clearances.
