Overview
NIQ is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist with a strong focus on system configuration to help us enhance and maintain our global HR technology platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure Workday supports our people operations in the best possible way.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll).
Collaborate with HR and IT to optimize HR processes and resolve system issues.
Participate in testing and deploying new Workday features/releases.
Maintain system documentation and process flows.
Support and train HR users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
Your Profile
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules.
Solid understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Workday certification is a plus.
