North Central Europe: The new NCE cluster, covers Air Liquide Industrial Merchant and MedGas activities in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
NCE spans 15 countries, representing 75% of the European Gas & Services market and employing 4,730 employees.
Product Marketing and Pricing Management play an essential role in maintaining and increasing the profitability of the Industrial Merchant business by a wide variety of tasks from catalogue management and price increase campaigns to contract templates and profitability calculation. This essential scope of work was previously managed both on the country Pricing Management level and on the Cluster Product Management level.
With the evolution of FIT, the teams of Product Marketing and Pricing Management will be united under the umbrella of Cluster Product Marketing Team NCE.
- High-quality product data is the engine of effective marketing and omnichannel success. A centralized and well-structured Referential empowers businesses to navigate complex data landscapes, delivering personalized product experiences across all sales channels.
- Within the framework of the ongoing current major internal transformation (ALign), significant transformations are underway in our Referential and Catalog.
- The candidate will support the Product Marketing team in these changes, ensuring the quality, enrichment, and efficient dissemination of product information for optimal commercial responsiveness. This role will also contribute to new country expansions (UK, Poland, Austria, Eastern Europe) and the Product Information Management (PIM) upgrade.
Contributions:
- Support countries expansions in SAP S4 (portfolio review, convergence to European standards, data preparation, tests,…)
- Prepare new Business Lines integration
- Participate to the new Product Workflow implementation
- Improve product data quality
- Participation to Follow up meetings
- Contribute to prepare PIM data for new countries/BL, ensure correct integration in all satellites
- Contribute to the PIM upgrade, database modifications, associated tests

Are you a MATCH?
- Master Degree in Business or Engineering
- An experience in Marketing/Sales/Product Management would be appreciated
- Very good Analytical skills (Google Sheet, PBI Reports)
- Good Relational skills (interactions with different teams and cultures)
- Basic Knowledge of market segments, products and offers
- Strength of proposal Languages used at work: English, French; German would be a plus
