We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Middle Office I to join our Middle Office BOLT team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland under HYBRID model.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee research and resolution of discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or,
- Manage the front-to-end processes of all cash payment related to derivatives or FX settlement and supervise cash and/or trades and/or position reconciliation,
- Act as main contact point for escalations, client related queries and internal/external communications with senior management,
- Lead complex onboarding projects following all governance standards,
- Lead change and improvement through comprehensive understanding of the client’s business needs,
- Involved and lead meetings/calls with senior members internally and with clients
- Ensure delivery of high quality and timely output by adhering to procedures and policies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar with 8+ years of relevant experience with derivatives and/or FX,
- 2+ years of experiencing managing a team
- Experience in process management is an asset,
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong practical and theoretical derivatives knowledge (listed and/or OTC) and/or FX market and/or reconciliation,
- Excellent ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently,
- Excellent problem solver with sound prioritization & time management skills,
- Proven leadership skills with focus on change management,
