Sector overview
The JLL Business Service (JBS) is an established accounting and finance operating Centre owned and managed by JLL to support all of JLL EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations and is the finance and accounting Centre for European accounting processes, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract to Billing, JBS finance, IFM and Asset Management.

Role Purpose
The primary objective of the role is to independently manage (approve/deny) vendor data entry into operating system. The daily tasks include management of the vendor data and contacting suppliers on a global scale. The tasks require high attention to detail, as well as problem solving and analytical skills. The fluency of English is a must, but the ability to use other European language will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:
Managing suppliers in PeopleSoft and TetrisSoft (approving, denying, activating) based on the procedures
Verifying supplier’s bank details over the phone and based on documents
Preparing reports and analyses regularly and on request
Regular review and update of Standard Operational Procedures

What is required:
Fluent in English (German/French/Spanish is a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to details and confidentiality, ability to work under pressure to meet given deadlines
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or and in team
