Do you want to join an existing and dynamic Group Tax team that deals with and solves complex tax issues for the UK region?

We are looking for a UK corporation tax specialist to assist with the corporation tax compliance and tax accounting requirements for the group's UK entities which encompass the full spectrum of financial services activities (e.g. wealth management, asset management and investment banking).

We are looking for a UK corporation tax specialist to assist with:

• the preparation/review of the UK corporation tax computations for the firm's entities, the associated correspondence from HMRC, the quarterly calculation of the UK current and deferred tax figures for accounting and group reporting purposes, and various other UK tax compliance matters (e.g. UK transfer pricing and other projects), which will include liaising with Group Tax colleagues in other countries.

You will be part of the Group Tax team working with experienced tax professionals in London on a wide variety of UK tax compliance matters and related projects. As a UK corporation tax specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of the UK tax results for financial reporting purposes.

You will have:

• the necessary professional qualifications (e.g. a Chartered Accountant or equivalent, a Chartered Tax Advisor, or have a degree in Accounting/Finance).
• UK corporation tax experience for a number of years.
• strong academic background and good UK tax technical knowledge with the ability to remain up to date with legislative and UK tax policy changes.
• be strongly motivated with good communication skills.
• able to work in a high paced, multi-task environment with a track record of delivering results.
• financial services experience preferable but not essential.
