Join our dynamic transportation team in Sosnowiec, where we manage over 120,000 shipments annually from +1.000 suppliers to +20 Caterpillar facilities in EAME region, via all modes of truck transport. As a Transportation Analyst, you’ll be part of a supportive, international team that values fresh ideas and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and smooth, on-time deliveries to our production plants—helping us build a better-connected supply chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of resolving transport disruptions to avoid production delays.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain and improve Transport Management System (TMS) master data.
• Analyze carrier performance and support continuous improvement projects.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight or transport operations.
• Demonstrate strong Interpersonal Skills and Collaborative Work Style.
• Apply your creative problem-solving skills and pro-actively anticipate issues.
• Be a critical thinker and make informed decisions independently.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Communicate effectively and clearly in English; Polish or other European languages are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
• Exposure to purchasing, material planning, or manufacturing environments.
