Your profile
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e.g., language schools, international experience, translations, etc.)
- fluency in English and Swedish at a minimum C1 level
- proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
- strong language expertise, translation skills, and attention to detail for identifying grammatical errors
- team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work with a flexible schedule
Your tasks
- validating the accuracy of translations for retail consumer goods-related queries (calls, emails, chat messages) to ensure they are correctly translated by the implemented e-translation solution (machine translation)
- correcting translation errors and documenting the changes on the platform
- ensuring that daily tasks are completed on time through various communication channels, both written and verbal
- meeting quality, productivity, and timeline targets while ensuring accuracy in completed tasks
- adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to achieve a satisfactory audit rating
