Your responsibilities
Maintenance of time management in LOGA as a time management specialist. This includes, but is not limited to: timesheets and time accounts, approved overtime, absences and attendances.
Validatation of errors, discuss these with impacted employees and make corrections if necessary.
Temporary override of the shift schedule (e.g. exchange of working days for days off).
Maintenance of the time models and the building blocks (e.g. daily program) of the time models.
Functional support of the local time admins.
Training of the local time admins including creation and administration of training documents and manuals.
Support of the local time admins in the maintenance of difficult constellations.
Main contact person for time recording questions and inform employees in case there are any changes to the time recording rules and processes.
Answering questions regarding Loga Time Management.
Assist with various projects and duties as assigned.
Our requirements:
Experience in time management or payroll.
Fluent German (C1 level).
Proficient English (B2 level).
Process-, solution-, and customer-oriented mindset.
High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
Detail-oriented and thorough, with a strong affinity for facts and numbers.
Reliability, team spirit, accuracy, and a strong customer service approach.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with both employees and clients.
