Our partner is a global customer experience leader. They are looking for a Travel Advisor with German and English as their team in Gdansk, Poland is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to across various platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support throughout the whole travel process;
- Promote opportunities to travel and other products to prospective customers;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1/C2);
- Very good level of English (B2/C1);
- Customer related experience;
- Availability to work at office location in Gdansk, Poland;
- Availability to work on shifts.
