Your Tasks
- Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly, matched with purchase orders, and approved in a timely manner
- Identify areas for improvement, implement automation, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency
- Plan and conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
- Motivate team members and monitor performance
- Monitor timely payments and manage procedures
- Drive process improvements and maintain documentation
- Support audits, tax reporting, and period-end closings
Your Skills
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the accounts payable process and relevant accounting principles.
- Leadership skills
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Good knowledge of German (min. B2)
- MS Excel and SAP knowledge
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Analytical skills
