Responsibilities:
- Interest in working with vacancies in departments such as Sales, People Management, Customer Success, Business Excellence, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
- High level of written communication: clear and correct articulation of the value proposition, comprehensive answers, precise questions, handling objections, creative communication, and leaving a positive impression so candidates come back to you.
- Understanding the strengths of a vacancy and the ability to present them effectively to candidates.
- Stress-resilience and persistence, as we occasionally have unique positions that require creative approaches.
Requirements:
- At least 3 months of experience sourcing non-tech roles.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office at Zebra Tower, Warsaw).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
