The Global Service Design Team, located in the Krakow Center of Excellence, is composed of 3 main verticals, Systems Support, Interactive Voice Responses (IVR) and Tool Configurations for Project Management (CORe). The team provides global support across all megaregions and aims to design and implement processes and tools, leading to consistency and alignment to help Uber achieve world class support for our communities.

What you'll do
- Provide Systems Support under Global Service Design for Global CoE/BPO experience.
- Provide the system administration and troubleshooting support of support software. This includes, but is not limited to, Bliss, Sprinklr, Secure Support, Uber Learning, C360, Chronicle, and Yext.
- Manage access to our tools, including creation, deletion and edition of rights, but also auditing.
- Configure the settings of tools lightly, such as changes in views, workflows & queues, etc.
- Run internal processes on various cadences, designed to help perform system administration or configuration tasks
- Contribute to SOP/workflow/tooling improvement efforts conducted internally within the team or in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
- Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data and expertise in data visualization/presentation.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and data management skills.
- You have previous experience in system administration and troubleshooting.
