Opis oferty pracy
The Serial Supplier Quality Developer is assigned to suppliers (via SAP supplier master data) and is responsible for ensuring a stable quality of serial part deliveries to KOSTAL. This role ensures consistent quality of serial part deliveries from assigned suppliers.
The Serial Supplier Quality Developer carries out the following quality-related activities with regard to assigned suppliers:
- Conducting supplier audits
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Motivating suppliers to take actions aimed at improving quality
- Supporting the resolution of problems in complex cases (escalation from incoming inspection)
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) with suppliers
Kwalifikacje
- Higher technical education: Mechanical engineer with knowledge of plastics technology or certified injection molding technician for plastics / Alternatively: Electronics engineer with basic knowledge of PCB assembly production.
- Over 5 years of experience in plastic injection mold production, production planning, or quality assurance/production planning for plastic components.
- Knowledge of key quality standards and modern tools.
- Ensuring product maturity levels, product approvals (VDA2, AIAG, VDA16).
- Knowledge of VDA6.3 audits (IATF 16949).
- Problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, 5Why, 5W’s, etc.).
- Advanced technical expertise in:
- Injection molding
- Painting/chroming of plastic components
- Metal stamping
- Other automotive-related topics
- Open, constructive, and persuasive personality.
- Basic skills in commercial and technical negotiation.
- Basic understanding of technical drawing principles and the ability to read technical documentation.
- Competence in working within interdisciplinary and international teams. Strong team player.
- Result-oriented mindset, personal leadership, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Analytical and creative thinking to proactively generate opportunities for continuous improvement of the supplier quality management system and industrial standards.
- Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic and multitasking environment.
- English – B2 proficiency.
- Polish – native language or fluent proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language will be an additional asset.
- Familiarity with computer programs such as MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP will be an added advantage.
