Hapag-Lloyd Area North in the office in Gdańsk is looking for eager to learn and develop students who would like to start their careers helping our departments in the daily tasks. We seek for new employees to department:
- Operations: Daily carrier operations activities like arranging and monitoring containers movement, support in load/discharge list preparations, vendor invoices handlings, vessel and berthing operations, inland transport execution, cost control, system updates and equipment steering.
We are looking for someone, who will:
- Help us in the daily tasks and enjoy the unexpected challenges we meet every day
We are seeking:
- Proactive, team player with great organizational skills
- Student who can work minimum of 30-35 hours per week, ideally 40 hours.
If you have:
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT).
- Very good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2 level or more).
Nice to have:
- Previous work experience or student internship in Transport
- You have been studying Shipping, Maritime Organization of Seaborne Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics or similar (last years).
- Knowledge of case management/salesforce will be an asset
