We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, OPS Administration and Planning I to join our European Bank Operations Governance team. This role is located in Wroclaw.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- While outsourcing its activities, EB remains responsible for all its legal obligations. The individual supports the EB ExCo Delegates in the outsourcing oversight activities to ensure compliance with EBA Guidelines, EMEA Outsourcing Policy and EB Outsourcing Governance policy.
- Provide EB Operations Service Owner/Delegate(s) with administrative support, guidance and coaching on the EB Outsourcing Framework, ensure consistency of documentation / oversight tools, and perform quality assurance.
- Monitor SLD annual review process and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, LOB Leads, Outsourcing Support Team) to ensure timely renewal of existing arrangements
- Ongoing business KRI/KPI monitoring and regular reporting to senior EB Committees (ExCo, Board, RMC, other)
- Provide PMO support within the strategic transitions and governance projects within EB Operations, including project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs
- Provide ad hoc support to the team as required
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in in financial services, business partner function, administrative, business reporting or project coordination role
- Knowledge of / experience with EB Operations is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, is a plus
- Knowledge of SirionLabs is a plus
