Your new workday will include:
- Leading structural engineering aspects of industrial projects;
- Developing design concepts, selecting technical solutions, performing structural calculations and sizing for both reinforced concrete and steel structures;
- Providing author’s supervision throughout project execution;
- Supervising and coordinating the work of junior engineers and design assistants involved in the project;
- Ensuring effective coordination with other disciplines and maintaining clash-free solutions;
- Reviewing drawings, schedules, technical specifications, and reports;
- Managing project-related communication with clients and maintaining strong relationships with investors throughout all project phases;
- Facilitating effective collaboration within multidisciplinary project teams;
- Conducting project meetings and documentation reviews in line with NIRAS quality procedures;
We are looking for applicants who have:
- Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field;
- 5+ years of professional experience in structural design for buildings and industrial facilities
- Professional license in structural engineering (unlimited scope);
- Proven experience in industrial projects;
- Experience working in international environments;
- Hands-on experience with BIM-based projects;
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Advance Steel;
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead project teams;
- Proficiency in English and Polish;
