As a key member of our Global Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will ensure operational excellence across enterprise-wide learning programs at Moderna. This highly visible role supports a global learner population, anchoring flawless delivery and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives like ModernaONE onboarding, AI Academy, Manager Academy, and Corporate Core compliance training. You will own end-to-end learning operations, from logistics and scheduling to SuccessFactors LMS administration and data governance. Your white-glove customer support, analytical rigor, and system fluency will ensure every learning experience runs smoothly—while your automation mindset drives efficiency at scale. With flexible office-based presence in Warsaw, you’ll collaborate globally while staying close to the forefront of digital learning and GenAI tools.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities will be:
Orchestrating the daily delivery of global learning programs—managing intake, rosters, schedules, room/virtual setup, facilitator coordination, and logistics.
Collaborating with Learning Partners and Program Managers to draft communications, distribute reminders, and manage learner experience logistics.
Administering the full lifecycle of learning objects, programs, curricula, and automated assignments in SAP SuccessFactors; uploading SCORM packages, managing user libraries, and ensuring audit-readiness.
Leading first-level support by triaging inquiries via ServiceNow and shared inboxes, resolving LMS access/ticket issues, and maintaining FAQs and user job aids.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Gathering feedback and LMS analytics to refine program content, delivery methods, and workflows.
Performing data audits and reconciling anomalies to uphold compliance standards.
Onboarding vendors and facilitators—setting up access, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth contracting and invoicing workflows.
Generating rosters, certificates, and digital credentials for global training sessions.
Supporting procurement tracking and L&D budget operations.
Proactively identifying automation opportunities and process improvement across all operational touchpoints.
Providing ad hoc support to help scale a seamless, world-class global learning experience.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
Minimum 2 years Corporate and/or Learning and Development experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience as an administrator in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience required
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Excellent written communication, public speaking, and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated teamwork initiative and the ability to accomplish tasks independently with minimal direction and continuous process improvement efforts
Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to respond skillfully to rapidly changing priorities
Exceptional project management skills
3 years of experience in learning program delivery
Demonstrated understanding of procurement, quoting, and purchasing processes as well as relationship management.
Experience with learning development tools (i.e., LMS, LXP, Articulate, Canva)
Strong facilitation skills
