Job Summary
Performing end-to-end transactional activities in Invoice Processing/Payments/Procurement at agreed service level, increase overall quality and capture value on the key focus areas.


Essential Functions

  • Deliver high quality purchase invoice scanning and indexing service according to the defined process and timelines.
  • Perform transactional activities like invoice booking, payments, Tax related, GRIR, PR to PO conversion etc.
  • Follow the up-to-date operational procedures and adhere to the standardized process landscape.
  • Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external “customers”/concerned groups to ensure operational transparency.
  • Create Export Orders and Delivery Notes in SAP
  • Coordinate export/import shipments with carriers and warehouses
  • Manage shipping documents and statuses in SAP
  • Ensure compliance with defined internal controls and legal requirements.
  • Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities.
  • Apply work instructions and working references and ensure adherence to defined standard operations procedures
  • Support improvement projects and scope enhancement / knowledge transfer activities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships and ensure “customer” satisfaction.
  • Understand and apply process, policies, procedures and internal control standards.
  • Meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement for transactional activities.
  • Other additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor graduate and/or certificate of completion of job-related courses. (Commerce/Finance preferred).
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferred in SSC/GBS/BPO environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • English (B1 level) written and verbal communication including ability to interact with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Spanish language B2 level with knowledge in job related field if required.
  • Portuguese language will be additional advantage
  • ERP system practical/theoretical knowledge
