You are an experienced data architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms. You have deep technical expertise in Azure and Databricks, combined with strong leadership skills that enable you to drive complex projects from start to finish.
You thrive in environments where you can shape data strategies for industry leaders, working with cutting-edge technologies while mentoring implementation teams and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
How you fit in
Presales Activities
- Support business development by bringing technical expertise to client discussions
- Create project estimates and timelines based on what clients actually need
- Help design solutions and write technical documentation for potential projects
Advisory & Strategic Consulting
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored data platform solutions
- Help organizations build and implement their data strategies
- Create cloud adoption roadmaps and project documentation that actually makes sense
- Guide clients on the latest architectural trends for data platforms
Project Management & Delivery
- Design and build data platforms, data warehouses, ETL processes and ML solutions at enterprise scale on Azure
- Lead implementation teams from initial concept all the way to go-live
- Drive projects forward by creating tasks, running meetings, and helping team members tackle tough technical challenges
Client Relationship Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders, management, engineers, and tech leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Help clients navigate their transformation projects across public, hybrid and multi-cloud environments
We expect you to have
Professional Experience
- Solid experience designing and developing Data Platforms, Data Warehouses, Data Lakehouses, and Delta Lakes
- Track record of implementing the latest architectural trends for data platforms at enterprise scale
- Experience leading projects and managing teams in complex technical environments
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure including VNETs, VMs, and Identity components
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, especially newer features like Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog
- Good understanding of Cloud Adoption Framework, both Enterprise and Data aspects
- Experience designing data platform architecture covering connectivity, authorization, CI/CD processes, and governance
- Professional certifications and knowledge of Data Governance concepts are a plus

Compensation
B2B Contract | 24,000 - 32,000 PLN net monthly
