Senior Solution Architect

As part of SIX IT Infrastructure & Operations, we continuously innovate our customer's experience by providing technically mature, sustainable, and up-to-date services. You will contribute to that by ensuring that our building blocks are fit for purpose and well aligned.
What You Will Do
- Ensure that commodity enterprise applications are seamlessly integrated into the central IT landscape, aligning with existing systems, processes, and architectural standards
- Accompany and consult projects by evaluating requirements and validate their adherence
- Define Solution architecture and support the technical implementation of solutions together with the respective IT Competence Centers
- Ensure architecture and solution compliance with enterprise IT requirements, industry best practices and with security, risk, audit and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain and further develop the technology strategy within central IT for the upcoming years, communicate and represent that strategy
What You Bring
- Degree in information technology or computer science. Any relevant industry certification is considered a plus
- Proven Solution Architect with several years’ experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Proven experience in designing and integrating enterprise-grade solutions within complex IT environments, with a strong understanding of authentication patterns, security, and observability
- Understanding of application development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and an attitude of continuous learning. Very good consulting and collaboration skills and pragmatism for successful stakeholder management at all levels
- Good written and oral communication skills in English on a business and technical level are a must. German and/or Spanish is a bonus
