We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Platform team—a group focused on building the foundational systems, tools, and services that enable high-velocity, reliable software delivery across Relativity.In this role, you will be responsible for developing people, delivering technical outcomes, and shaping engineering practices in an environment that values autonomy, scale, and platform thinking. Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and operating the internal developer platform, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and core shared services.
Partner with Product Managers and Architects to define roadmaps, set priorities, and align on goals and outcomes.
Support the professional growth and performance of engineers through regular feedback, coaching, career development, and mentoring.
Drive engineering best practices across the team, including code quality, system design, testing, observability, and security.
Foster a high-trust, inclusive, and feedback-driven team environment that encourages innovation and ownership.
Collaborate with other engineering leaders to define and evolve our platform strategy, developer experience, and cloud infrastructure footprint.
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery through Agile processes, clear planning, and operational excellence.
Champion the integration of AI/ML tools and automation to enhance platform services and engineering workflows.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing software engineers, plus 6+ years of total experience in engineering roles.
Strong technical background in cloud-native development, with hands-on experience in .NET, Azure, and platform engineering.
Proven ability to lead high-performing Agile teams delivering production-grade software and infrastructure.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Track record of supporting team growth, career progression, and engineering culture development.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around outcomes.
Bonus: Experience leading platform teams or integrating AI/ML into engineering workflows or internal tools.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
252 000 and 378 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
