Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with GermanJob Description
As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Quotes process , you act as the point of contact for Field Service Engineers and hospitals from DACH regarding the valuation of our paid maintenance and fix services. As a Services Specialist, you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care for our customers’ needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:
- Providing calculations on customer demands for paid maintenance services and repairs
- Creating quotes for time and material
- Initiating entitlement disputes on ad-hoc customer requests
- Correcting & updating quotes based on actual work performed by Field Service Engineer
- Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
- Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree OR you have vocational education with min, 2 years of experience in fields: customer Service, Supply Chain or similar
- Fluent German (min C1 leverl) and good English (B1/B2 level)
- You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communication
- You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
- Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Salesforce would be an advantage
- The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
