We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to take charge of our ServiceNow Architecture Center of Excellence & Innovation. In this role, you will define the architectural strategy for our ServiceNow platform, guide a skilled team of architects, and ensure that what we deliver is scalable, secure, and strategically aligned with the needs of the business.
Your mission will be to combine technical excellence with strategic vision—helping us harness the full power of ServiceNow, while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance, and performance. You will work side-by-side with senior leaders and the ServiceNow Strategy & Governance CoEI to ensure that every architectural decision supports both our immediate objectives and our long-term growth.
This role can be performed from our office in Warsaw or Łódź.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing architecture team.
- Owning and evolving the ServiceNow architectural roadmap to meet current and future business needs.
- Driving innovation by identifying and implementing new ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Ensuring platform designs comply with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Partnering with executives to align architecture with overall strategy and report on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration, with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps at scale.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, …) and integrations.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), ITIL methodology, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIA, CTA) preferred; TOGAF and security certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
