Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong integration expertise?
Join a dynamic project in the Telecom sector where you will design and guide ServiceNow architecture and integrations at scale. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Ukraine or Poland.
Tasks
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Telecom operations and best practices, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams.
- • Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow integration best practices and solutions.
- • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and process flows.
- • Identify integration points and technical dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of integration logic and interface configurations.
- Experienced in the ServiceNow platform (5+ years) including a sound understanding of CSM, ITSM, Event Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.
- • Experienced with complex ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services (including design and TMF API for Telecom)
- • Familiar with prepping HLDs, LLD using Archimate or similar architectural modeling tools.
- • Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- • Familiar with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
- • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD or CSA
