Purpose
Key Responsibilities
-
Administer and maintain Service System (CRM & ERP) information in line with global and local standards.
Review and edit Field Service reports to ensure accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact for Customer Service.
Manage installations of new and demo equipment, working closely with the Sales team and Engineers.
Create Service Requests in Salesforce and allocate them to the appropriate Engineer.
Audit work orders after service completion and close them in the system.
Prepare, invoice, and administer service contracts and revenue.
Collaborate to manage company assets in line with service objectives.
Submit accurate paperwork on time to facilitate service activities.
Manage spare parts stock to minimize system downtime.
Handle critical information such as retrofits, field implementation reports, service requests, calibration records, RMAs, customer calls, and all Field Service documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Provide remote support to the Field Service team for customer issue resolution.
Qualification
-
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Service, Sales, Customer Support)
Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to support customer issue resolution
Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on business needs
