WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A SERVICE INTEGRATOR FOR THE CAPACITY MANAGE-MENT PROCESS

WHAT’S THE ROLE ABOUT?

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland, and you will join our Infrastructure management team. The team is part of the Service Integration & Security area and will take the lead into integrating BEC services into our service providers and be key in ensuring proper inte-gration into BEC. The use of service providers in BEC is not a new setup in BEC, but we will, based on a strategic new direction, streamline the setup going forward.

The Service Integrator role offers the right candidate a unique possibility to establish, develop and anchor the role in BEC together with the rest of the team. Structure, “can-do” attitude and stakeholder management are some of the keys for success. The role will be established with inspiration from the SIAM framework.

As a Service Integrator in BEC it would be beneficial to have a technical background, e.g. devel-oper, system administrator, capacity manager or technical project manager, since the role will be integrating infrastructure services and the capacity process from our service provider into BEC. At the same time, structure and understanding compliance are also important. But most of all a positive mindset and being able to lead the way.

At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working re-motely for 2 days. Your direct manager will be, Jacob Samson Schlüter which current is acting as interim department manager.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Being part in establishing and implementing the Service Integrator role in BEC.
• Take ownership of identified services and anchor these in the BEC organization.
• Support BECs ways of working to ensure tasks are communicated and delivered in due time.
• Oversee finance development, capacity need and compliance level on provided services from service provider.
• Close corporation with service providers and internal BEC stakeholders to always ensure updated service.
• You will be responsible for the capacity management process in BEC to provide a proac-tive agenda towards our service providers.
• Other services can be added to the role as well – but initial focus is on the capacity man-agement process.
• Socialize typical SIAM disciplines such as service level management, vendor management and governance & compliance.

• A solid understanding of capacity management and structured optimization.
• Awareness of the regulatory, compliance, and security requirements in the financial sector.
• A team-oriented mindset, valuing collective success and collaboration.
• A strong sense of ownership in enabling service provider integration aligned with BEC’s strategy.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven motivation and a positive mindset.
• A Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

It’s nice-to-have:

• Experience working with the SIAM framework
• Experience working with the ITIL framework
