The Service Engineer plays a key role in delivering high-quality technical support and field service for industrial clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, energy, chemical, and process industries. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing measurement equipment by performing diagnostics, inspections, installations, and system upgrades at customer sites. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a hands-on, customer-first attitude and the ability to build trusted relationships in the field.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform periodical maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrade of industrial measurement systems
- Conduct on site diagnostics and technical evaluation of measurement instruments
- Supervise installation, perform commissioning activities, parameterization and calibration of measurement equipment
- Maintain complete and accurate service documentation and submit detailed work reports
- Provide technical advice to customers, assist with spare part selection and develop new solutions to address customer measurement challenges.
- Coordinate warranty claims and implementation of corrective actions
- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term service satisfaction

You are a hands-on engineer with strong technical insight and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You enjoy solving complex problems on-site, collaborating with clients, and improving systems that directly impact operational performance. You take ownership of your work, manage your time effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical collaborators. You are resilient, curious, and motivated by continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in engineering (automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related technical field)
- At least 3 years of field experience working with control and instrumentation systems
- Solid knowledge of industrial measurement systems and related technologies
- Polish and English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
- Valid Category B driving license
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
- Electrical certification up to 1kV is a significant advantage
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience with installation supervision and parameterization of Emerson measurement equipment
- Familiarity with commissioning procedures and service documentation standards
- Hands-on experience with field devices, sensors, transmitters, or analyzers
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and system schematics
- Knowledge of service management tools or CRM systems
