Responsibilities
- Design and optimize digital experiences, primarily for websites but also for other platforms such as mobile apps and internal systems.
- Conduct UX audits, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate closely with design, strategy, technology, and client service teams.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure designs align with business objectives and drive high performance.
- Conceptualize and execute A/B testing strategies to validate UX hypotheses, using data insights to drive design iterations.
- Actively contribute to the development of the client’s UX strategy, ensuring design decisions support their business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with the client to identify opportunities for innovation, optimizing the digital experience and evolving the UX strategy over time to drive greater engagement and conversion.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
- Strong skills in creating hi-fi wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architectures
- Analytical mindset – ability to assess, iterate, and improve designs based on data and user insights.
- Understanding of user behavior, digital trends, and basic technological concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (strong focus on Figma).
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing A/B tests to validate UX hypotheses and drive user-centered design improvements.
- Adobe Target knowledge is a plus, as it will support testing and personalization initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of Magento or experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable with face-to-face communication (in English) with clients on a daily basis, ensuring collaborative and productive discussions.
