We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our team.
Job Description
- Create high-quality motion content (animated videos, social media reels, explainers, logo animations) to support and grow the employer brand.
- Develop video assets for social media, career platforms, internal communications, employer events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute to shaping and evolving the visual identity of the Employer Brand through motion design.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, brand designers, video producers, recruiters, and HR partners to deliver engaging creative solutions.
- Translate complex ideas into visually compelling and easily digestible video or animated content. Handle post-production tasks including editing, color grading, and sound design.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in motion design, preferably within brand communications, marketing, or employer branding.
- Experience in iGaming is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of employer brand tone of voice and the ability to visually tailor content for different audiences (e.g., tech vs. non-tech, internal vs. external).
- Solid grasp of composition, rhythm, typography, and color theory.
- Experience creating content for social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative excellence.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
