Documents, communicates and suggests remedies for disputed issues/defects using defined standards. Works with cross functional teams in highly collaborative manner. Utilizes test tools, test methodology, best practices and standard quality assurance processes to deliver functional, deployable, supportable and maintainable products and services.

Please indicate which slot (or slots) suits you best: 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, 4pm-midnight.As a Tester in Acxiom, you will be on the front lines of testing our core products and solutions. You will also be involved with cutting edge technology used to automate building, testing, and reporting on our various products. Our Test Engineers are embedded in agile engineering teams and own the testing tasks involved in bringing new and exciting products to market. We are currently undergoing transition towards active usage of AI technologies to improve testing efficiency (various LLMs, MCP servers etc), and the ideal candidate should be passionate about such prospects.
Your responsibilities
- Works daily as a part of an agile engineering scrum team and is responsible for manual testing and test automation tasks the team deems priority
- Actively contributes to the quality of Acxiom products through creation of test scenarios, test data and test verification
- Works and collaborates with other team members (within and outside specific scrum teams) and begin utilizing Acxiom test frameworks and industry standard development and automation tool sets
- Professionally communicates with stakeholders by providing both verbal and written communication on a daily/weekly basis
Our requirements
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience with REST API, databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Working knowledge of software development tools/methods (Jenkins, Git, TestRail), or alternatives
- Good knowledge of English language, spoken and written
- Working knowledge of software testing standards & tools
- Experience with Unix environments (basic file/script operations)
- Working knowledge of technologies such as: JavaScript, Playwright or alternatives
- Basic experience in AI usage to improve testing efficiency (manual and/or automated)
