In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the hiring process — from sourcing top talent through headhunting to negotiating offers and making sure only the best candidates move forward. What You’ll Do
- Proactively headhunt and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback
- Conduct deep screening and strict filtering of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Lead interview debriefs and work closely with hiring managers to refine hiring strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
- Handle salary negotiations and final offer management
- Track metrics to improve efficiency and time-to-hire
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Proven ability to headhunt and close top-tier candidates in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to hiring
- Experience with strict screening methods — you know how to identify red flags early
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring in international or multicultural environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
