We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team by making data work, processes flow, and operations click. You will own the operational layer — keeping data clean, reports flowing, and recruiters focused on hiring.

What You'll Do
- Maintain Excel/Sheets trackers
- Prepare reports on KPIs (ex. time-to-hire, pipeline progress, cancellations)
- Ensure our systems (Greenhouse, Confluence, Google Drive, etc.), data is clean, complete and structured
- Build internal presentations and dashboards for TA progress visibility
- Track feedback loops, interview scheduling issues, SLA breaches
- Document recurring problems and propose simple process fixes
- Grow into automation/AI support for internal tools
- Available to work hybrid (2 days) at our Warsaw office (Emilii Plater 28)
What You Bring
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, formatting)
- Strong logical thinking and detail orientation
- English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Proactive mindset; curious about optimization and process improvement
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS
- PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency
- Interest in automation and dashboarding tools
- Curiosity about AI in recruitment
