What you'll be doing
We’re currently looking for a Senior PEGA Application Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and reliability of multiple PEGA applications in a dynamic business environment.
You’ll play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and debugging PEGA applications, as well as managing application deployments through the PEGA Deployment Manager. This role suits someone with a strong background in PEGA application support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to maintain stable, efficient, and high-performing systems.
How you’ll spend your day
- Monitor the performance and health of multiple PEGA applications.
- Analyze system logs and debug issues to identify root causes.
- Deploy application changes and updates using PEGA Deployment Manager.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to prioritize and resolve incidents.
- Conduct testing and validation of application changes before deployment.
- Document findings, updates, and solutions to maintain clear operational records.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members or colleagues on PEGA best practices.
- Stay updated on new PEGA features and system improvements to enhance application performance.
You'll be successful if you have
- PEGA certified CSA
- Monitoring of multiple PEGA applications
- PEGA log analysis and debugging
- Deployment of application changes via PEGA deployment manager
Nice to have
- 3-5 years experienced in Pega application support
